Land values grew by 5.2% y o y with Australian 1.6ha lots averaging $506/sqm. Melbourne has seen the greatest growth in land values at 15.1% over the past year.
Transaction volumes in Q1 totalled $302m over 22 transactions. This was 76% lower than volumes recorded in Q1 2019.
